Eliana Piedrahita Restrepo

She was born in Medellín, Colombia, on December 15, 1987. In 2004 she began her undergraduate studies in Vocal Performances under the tutoring of Silvia Cuenca at the University of Antioquia, which she culminated in 2011.

In 2014 she was accepted at the prestigious Universität Mozarteum in Salzburg, Austria, to pursue her master's degree in Opera under the guidance of Michelé Crider (2015) and Mario Diaz (2016). She has performed solo concerts in Moscow, Salzburg, Graz, Pissa, among other cities. She was the winner of the "Grandi Voci" singing competition in Salzburg, Austria, in 2014. In 2016 she participated as a soloist at the Mozarteum Universität in productions such as Der Rosenkavalier (Sophie), Carmen (Frasquita), The Rape of Lucrecia (Lucia), La Finta Giardiniera (Serpeta) and the opera company Oper im Berg in the production of The Magic Flute, playing the role of The Queen of the Night.
