Sara Bermúdez

He was born in 1994 and began his vocal work in the choir Voces Blancas of the Fundación Música en los Templos, participating in different symphonic choral productions.
In 2011 she began her singing studies with the teacher Narda Muñóz and from 2012 she continued her training process at the Universidad Central de Bogotá under the tutelage of the teacher Camila Toro and the teacher Alejandro Roca. She has played solo roles in the following productions: Oratorio Voices of Life, the story of Joan of Arc in the voice of Joan of Arc in the Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santodomingo and with MAMBO the oratorio Stabat Mater by G.B. Pergolesi.
Since 2015 he is part of the Opera Workshop of the Central University in which he has played the role of Gretel in the opera Hänsel und Gretel by Engelbert Humperdinck, a role with which he debuts at the Teatro Colón in Bogotá in October 2016. She sings the role of Aire in the opera Los Elementos by Antonio de Literes, Susanna from the opera I due Figaro by Saverio Mercadante and La Princesa in the opera El Gato con Botas by Xavier Montsalvatge, produced by the Teatro Colón in Bogotá. He is currently preparing the role of Cupidon of the opera Orphée Aux Enfers by Jacques Offenbach. Winner of the Singing Award 2017 "City of Bogota" in the formation category.
